Reducing Stress, Fatigue, Anxiety or Depression.

Stress is the most common cause of illness. I will try to help you find out the cause(s) of your stress and help reduce or eliminate them. Often anxiety, depression and fatigue can be the cause or accompany the stress!  So initially, I will try to identify the types of stress you are suffering from and examine the possible causes via a thorough physiological assessment including blood work from LifeLabs to look at things like vitamin D, B-12, folic acid,  iron and magnesium or other lab tests to examine neurotransmitters in the brain. We may also discuss the coping mechanisms you have chosen that may be contributing to your stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue.

From there, a treatment plan is tailored to the patient with careful consideration to their  lifestyle habits, current medications and physical health issues.
