Physical Medicine

This is simply using my hands, and techniques for pain relief and healing as taught to us in courses at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine by massage therapists and Chiropractors who were also Naturopathic Doctors. I have also used exercises and stretching to help patients relieve tension, pain, and injury that I learned from my work experiences as a Kinesiologist from my first university degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.

My focus is on healing, injury recovery, pain reduction, and mobility improvement and I draw upon techniques derived from clinical evidence. I  have helped some people reduce or eliminate headaches, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain and other body pains.

Members of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario are authorized to perform manipulation under the Naturopathy Act, 2007.
