Detoxification Therapies

Detoxification often simply means eating less for a period of time to allow the body to “catch-up” and possibly heal itself.

It has been used as a method of healing for thousands of years and can include eating less or even fasting (which I define as abstinence from some foods or drinks for a set period of time (e.g. for 3 days).  In fact, Hippocrates, the ancient Greek known as the “Father of Western medicine”, recommended fasting as a means for improving health.

I will design a custom program based on your blood work (from LifeLabs) and current health conditions. That may include simple dietary changes for any of the 3, 7 or 10 day detox programs; which may even include brief juice fasts or simple herbal drops drank daily in some water for a few weeks.
